Sharing a Ring camera clip
Your neighbor asked for footage and you've got it on a Ring camera. Here's how to grab the shareable link and paste it into your reply on Knoc.
Open the Ring app
Launch Ring on your phone or tablet and sign in if you need to.
Find the right clip
Go to History or Events and scroll to the time your neighbor mentioned — for example, "around 7:00 PM on Thursday."
Tap the share icon
Tap the clip to open it. Look for the share icon — usually a box with an arrow pointing up, in the lower-left of the player. Tap it.
Copy the share link
In the sharing menu, tap More options if you need to, then Copy link. The shareable URL is now on your clipboard.
Paste it on Knoc
Open Knoc and go to your neighbor's request. Find the Ring share URL field in the reply box, paste the link, and submit. Your neighbor will see the clip embedded in their thread.
